Osprey Hydration Packs For 2012

If you do a search for Osprey on The Cyclist Site, you will find several reviews of some of their fine line of cycling specific hydration packs.  The quality is top notch and they have some clever and insightful touches to the pack's design.

For 2012, there are some new models and we got some info on three of them.  Here we go!

Escapist 20 in Fjord BlueThe Escapist:  This says 'Adventure Pack' to me.  Available from around 1000 cubic inches to 1800+, the Escapist looks like it has the capacity and support to carry larger and heavier loads with comfort.  Add in the integrated rain cover and you are ready to cross the country or the next mountain pass.

Syncro 20 in Pyro Red

The Syncro line looks like your basic hydration pack, but is cut sleek to stay close to the body with the lighter weight Airspeed back panel.  Blinky patches, hidden rain covers, MP3/Phone pouch, etc, fill out these full featured packs.

Zealot 16 in Octane Blue

If there is any model that seems to be packing more features than any of the three shown here, if may be the Zealot.  Got pads?  Got a full face helmet?  Need to carry them? How about a roll out tool pouch or a sunglass pouch?  Check, check, and double check.  This one is for the AM/DH guy or gal in all of us.
