Release all the air pressure.

Loosen and remove allen bolt.

Remove rebound lever with allen key.

Remove with allen key: Note...this is reverse threaded, so turn clockwise to loosen.

Fork can be separated. Clean it well and look for any seal or stanchion tube damage.

Clean out the grease from the slider assembly.

Remove allen screw and compression lever: Note...beware of loose ball bearings and springs under this lever.

Ball bearings removed...springs still in place (arrows). Remove the oil damper plunger (note: make sure the compression adjustment is on full open setting, all the way counter clockwise). Then the oil can be changed in this fork tube.

All assembled and cleaned with new oil and a light coating of clean grease.
